Assuming they were polarized in the same fashion, you technically could but I don't think you'll find that is the case.

Will these work at the movie theater? the big screen?

I see no reason why they wouldn’t, they are better than ones handed out at the movies.

What material are they he lenses and frame made of? Can the lenses scratch? Are the hard to keep clean, or what do you clean the lenses with?

All plastic. Yes the lenses will scratch. Clean them with the bag and a little water.

Will these work with my 4K toshiba tv?

if your TV is Passive 3d TV it will work,if it's active 3d TV,it will not work.We suggest you take a look at your TV introduction
