...this does not work to contain my petite lab's drinking problem!!! Remington is like a hippo feeding on plants in the middle of a watering whole. Water flows out of her mouth everytime she comes up for air and it goes everywhere!! Her 100lb brother, Sherman (aka Tank) drinks ever so daintily - like a cat, so he's not the issue. Mama Rigby flicks water on the walls, so this mat can't help fix her water problem. Rigby needs a tented bowl!From what we can tell, when Strawberry Shortcake (Remi) drinks, water is soaking through the neoprene, as the floor underneath the mat ends up wet. I don't know what else to try short of putting her water dish in the center of a kiddie pool! Which is not a solution for the breakfast nook!This thing, even the large is far too small!! It absorbs water well, but apparently the amount my girl little dribbles is just way too much for the mat to handle, Don't know what else to try...maybe there is a way to fix my dog??!!

This is the first water mat that has kept the area and floor under the mat dry. It’s been really great - I just wish that they had a bigger option. Our golden is an idiot and drips water everywhere. No fault of the mat

Was looking for a pet food mat that didn’t have a lip, this catches all of the drool and food and water spills and is easy to clean up.

This mat is absorbent and is quick to dry. The more water spilled on the mat the longer it takes to dry but it will dry. You can watch the drops dry right before your eyes. I just wish them came in a larger size as you can see his food and water bowl barely fit on the mat and it looks strange not to have both on the mat. I hope in the future they can make these in larger sizes for big dogs.

This mat works as expected, it keeps my floor dry after my dogs get a drink. No clean up needed! Love it!

Ordered this to put under our dog's water/food bowls...he's a big dog so there's always a mess under there. It definitely does the job of helping that stay contained! I thought it was bigger than it actually is...I think that would really make it more effective, but it does definitely do what it is supposed to and absorb water very well. It's easy to put in, easy to clean, and kind of a cool design too.The only issue with it is that I wish it was larger as I feel this is really not a "one size fits all dogs" mat, so that's why I took off a star. But otherwise, it's fantastic!
