Although the product was faulty when it got delivered to me; When I reached out to the support staff at Helet, they were very helpful and fixed the bad product and had it returned to me. Although, I had to bear additional expenses and effort I wasn't disappointed that Helet did not take this lightly and took the effort to keep me informed at every stage. Again, this is good Customer Service
