Best Fort Kit Ever!!
Great for play - a gazillion pieces. The fort pictured was fairly easy to assemble - easier after we read the instructions for the ball connectors. Easy to disassemble too. Sturdy box with divider makes organizing and storing a breeze!

Fort building set for kids
We had purchased a set from Lakeshore Learning store, and we noticed we needed another set, because the first box was just not enough especially for my child's height. So I checked out on Amazon, to find something similar to what I had recently purchased, and this was exactly the same look alike I was hoping for to match and to connect with the set we have, and it truly does and actually has more parts versus the box I purchased within a store. I'm so happy I ordered this and so happy I picked out the exact item to match with this collection, now all I have to do is find a sheet that can fit the entire fort we built. Although I wanted a tent at first, I found that the fort building said would be best since my child likes to participate with building and I also put into consideration his height in a regular tent would not be of best fit for him, so the fort is perfect for active children and those that have a little height on them at young ages. It is easy to assemble, and if your child is tall while young I definitely would recommend ordering two sets instead of one. The quality is great but I would also recommend teaching your son not to lean on it nor try to sit on the sticks they are wobbly but build at your best creativity to control most of the wobble.

This is great, pretty durable, but it's fun to experiment with the fort. It's easy to build and self explanatory, worth every penny.

I think it's the best of the bunch
kids love it. It should come with a bag though and some of the snap connectors can come apart, but it seems to be the best of the options. Following the design suggestions in the book is a good starting place but kids really love using their imagination and going off script.

Great for forts; kids love it!
These are so fun! Our kids love them as do we! They make great forts and are actually durable.

A little pricey but worth the fun memories
So fun! Not the best thickest plastic but definitely does the job.

It works, but isn’t the most sturdy.
I figured this would be the go to seeing as it was a cheaper option compared to some of the other models. I built my daughter a clubhouse style fort and used king size bed sheets to put on top of it after I finished. The fort held up, but the bracers bend so easily with bed sheets alone. I would not recommend using anything thick for shrouding it. I have my doubts this will hold up for a long time and can see it breaking after a couple of uses. I will say it was a lot of fun for my daughter and can build forts at multiple different sizes which is a plus.

Perfect for my 8 year old
We bought our son another very popular (very expensive) fort building kit and realized it was made of flimsy cardboard and wouldn’t last long. Decided to return that and get this one instead and it’s been perfect. It’s easy for my 8 year old to assemble. The value for the money is right on par. You can really Create quite a large fort with this and it’s easy to just throw a sheet over it.

My son requested this for his (fourth) birthday as he had played with a similar set at playgroup & this has by far exceeded all expectations. He finds this much easier to connect & disconnect pieces & has many more build options with the connector pieces & instructions. His older sister & I have both got in on the action & enjoyed creating forts with this set, lots of fun for the family. I’m not one to leave reviews unless I feel strongly & I really do about this, a great gift & a truly awesome creative toy, highly recommend!

Great activity for the kids. Nice and strong with heaps of options to design different forts.

Built some great forts and memories with kids. I would say though that I don’t feel it’s robust to be a real fort that could be lived in and stop advancing armies. This would be down to the poor quality of plastic used and the fiddly nature of achieving some of the angles. Goo overall though - don’t use this as a survival bunker.

We bought this for our toddler for his 3rd birthday. I thought it would be a toy he can grow into. He can start watching us play with it and build him things with his help, then he can start doing it himself in a year or so. The toy itself seems well made and the parts lock together easily. We also got a few rolls of camo netting to cover it. He likes having his own house that he can play in and relax. You could do this with blankets or sheets but the netting is better.

Not incredibly friendly for idependant or child led play, took three adults to assemble and hours in completing some designs. Though once made was great fun.
