At the peak of puberty (mostly about 10-14 years old), people can grow up to 4-6 inches per year. Towards the end of puberty, people can only grow 1-2 inches per year even in optimal conditions (growth plates are still open and the user takes supplements regularly in combination with nutritious diets, proper sleep patterns, and frequent exercise).

Our height growth supplements should be taken continuously for a course of at least 6 months to make visible changes in height growth. Users are recommended to take capsules regularly until their growth plates close completely to achieve the optimal height. The results may vary from person to person.

In order to get the best results, You should follow the recommended dosage, ensure frequent exercise, proper nutrition, good sleep patterns and healthy living habits.

- About exercise: You should frequently exercise or play sports that are good for height growth such as swimming, basketball, volleyball, badminton, cycling, yoga, stretching exercises, etc.
