The scent is to die for! Great for sensitive skin, too.
The Saffron scent is the best out of the two scents I've bought. This is one of my little luxuries (I know. It's like a mom getting a vacuum for her birthday and being actually excited. Haha!). The scent I usually buy is in the black box. It smells good, but maybe I've been using it so long that the smell isn't as noticeable after a wash. I don't think it was as strong as the French Saffron even after my first wash, though. It may be the addition of the scent boosters. I don't think that's the difference either since I've used the entire set for the other scent, too. Anyway, the French Saffron scent is to die for! It's has fruity undertones without being cheap smelling. It has a complex scent I don't think I've ever smelled before, and I've smelled every perfume Sephora carries in store in thr last decade (and have quite a collection). The scent is sweet with the tonka bean and fruit profiles, but the French Saffron scent evens it out and makes it more complex. The best part? It stays on the clothes and lasts until it's thrown back in the wash. It also uses more natural ingredients and less or no harmful chemicals. The box is thick with a metal closure for the detergent pods and the scent bead has a perfectly fitted slide off top. The entire thing is luxe, and because it's luxe in every conceivable way that I could think of for such a simple, everyday product, we are not talking value for money. There's really no good reason to spend $25 plus tax on a box of dryer sheets when you can get a box of Downy with more sheets for $6. There's no good reason to spend $99 on the entire set when you can get an entire set of Tide & Downy (comparable product types) for $40 and it will last longer. That's really the point, though. It's a wasteful, luxurious little thing that makes your day a bit brighter because it smells that good throughout the day. It doesn't rise to the level of the value of an expensive perfume, but it's close! The entire set is $99. That's a lot for someone who does laundry every day because of a husband who wears a work uniform and performs a relatively dirty job when outside of the office, and an 11 year old boy who's all boy. I mitigate that risk by only using it on a load of clothes that's mostly or all mine (because I'm the only one who cares) or our bedding. I keep some Tide and Downy around for the rest. Also, unlike other name brands, this brand can be used with trust. I don't ever open my front load HE washer with suds on the door and a probable residue on my clothes that is likely the culprit of skin irritation, like with brands like Tide. I've never had such a good experience with any name brand at any store, and those are the best you can get in store! I don't have any skin irritations and my son's eczema doesn't flare up. Most likely due to the lack of chemicals and sudsing agents that are common in other brands. I recommend this if you're looking for something luxe that you don't need. You'll love it! It gets my clothes clean and smelling great until they are dirty. I've never been sent a box without a protective foam and a seal that prevents breakage and leakage during shipping. It always shows up in perfect order whether I order from Amazon or Laundry Sauce directly. It is great in every way!

5 Stars! Great produce - would make a fantastic housewarming gift!
I absolutely love this Laundry Sauce bundle! From the moment I opened it, I could tell the quality was head and shoulders above your average laundry detergent. Here’s why I’m so impressed: 1. Elegant, Sophisticated Scent The Australian Sandalwood fragrance is incredible! Warm, rich, and luxurious. It doesn’t just mask odors; it elevates your entire laundry experience. My clothes come out smelling like something from a high-end boutique, not like a typical detergent. 2. Powerful Cleaning Performance The laundry pods are super concentrated. A single pod gets my clothes completely clean! Even tough stains like grass, oil, and wine don’t stand a chance. And I have a HE (high-efficiency) washer, and these pods work perfectly with it. 3. Long-Lasting Fragrance Boost The included scent booster beads are a game-changer. Just toss in a small amount with each load, and the fragrance lingers beautifully after washing. I love that I can control how much scent I want by how many beads I use. 4. Gentle & Thoughtful Formula The formula is dye-free, which is great. It feels like they really cared about making a premium product that’s both effective and clean. The scent beads dissolve fully even in cold water, so nothing gritty is left behind. 5. Value & Presentation The bundle is well worth it. You’re getting both pods and boosters in one set, and considering the luxury fragrance and quality ingredients, it’s not overpriced. It also feels premium when you take it out of the box - not just another “generic” laundry product. Final Thoughts: If you want to make laundry feel less like a chore and more like a little act of self-care, this is the product for you. It delivers on cleaning power, but more importantly, on scent — and it makes me genuinely look forward to doing laundry.

Amazing smelling scent
Tried this bundle and I’m impressed. The French saffron scent is unique—slightly warm and clean without being overpowering. Clothes come out smelling good and feeling fresh, and the scent actually lasts. A bit expensive, but the quality makes up for it.

Laundry Sauce cleans REALLY well
I love doing laundry, yes I know that is odd but I like the whole process of keeping my family’s clothes nice and fresh. I have tried many brands of laundry detergent and I have to say Laundry Sauce cleans probably the best of all of them. The colored clothing comes out nice and bright while the whites come out looking so white and crisp. I am giving the cleaning power a five star rating. I bought the Australian Sandalwood scent and it smells good, like a good sandalwood candle. Not feminine (at least to me) but a masculine scent. When I used the Laundry Sauce pods I used two pods a load. I have a heavy duty washer so I do very big loads of laundry. Using two pods (even without using any of the booster beads) was enough to leave the scent on my laundry. When my Son was pulling his comforter out of the dryer he asked me what I did different and said the laundry smelled really good. The only reason I am giving Laundry Sauce 4 stars rather than 5 is the scent was almost a little too strong for me. But my family loved it (all male). Would I buy it again? -yes this same scent for my husband and sons but get a different scent for me!

Super Impressed!
The Pros: This is definitely the best part! Unlike regular detergent that smell “bubbles” or “lemon” this actually smells like a high end cologne or perfume. Even reminds me of the strong smells like the bath and body candles. The scent stays on clothes for days. I also appreciate that it brings the scent booster which I feel enhanced the smell to another level! Cleaning power: it does a solid job on everyday dirt and smells. My clothes feel so soft and looked brighter after washing. Convenience: the pods are super easy to use- just toss in and that’s it! The cons: The Price: it is significantly more expensive than the detergent you find at the store. It feels more like a luxury treat than a basic necessity. If you are someone who loves it when your clothes and bedding smell like a designer fragrance, Laundry sauce is most definitely worth it! If you are just looking for the cheapest way to keep your socks clean I would stick to the basic. I will definitely be using these specifically for my towels and bedding!

The smell doesn't stick.
Less than 24 hours. When I buy something I go all the way in. Let me explain what type of customer I am. I am a mom of three, two who have disabilities. My husband works hard and when I wash his clothes I wash twice. My mother lives with me, she has dementia. Sometimes she goes through three outfits a day. So laundry is my thing. I have a room. And I will spend money on smells. I like my mom to have her own good scent, our bedding, blankets, underthings, and my own clothes to have their own scents. For these "own scents" I will pay extra if it actually does what it's supposed to do. For the rest of our clothes I use GAIN because it gets the dirt out and also smells good on a budget. So when I read the reviews, when I read the description I was sold. I bought it ALL. The detergent, the smelly flakes, the softener and dryer sheets. When my laundry came out of the dryer I was so excited. When I put it on the bed I was so excited, that evening we pulled the covers back and I was excited because the smell was fantastic. The next day went on to our day, made the bed lived life. Went to bed and the smell was hardly there. I've used other less expensive products that do also smell really well and they truly last for weeks. This is overpriced expired baloney. Would I recommend this product. NO. Not at all. Presentation A+. But you have to live up to the expectations that you set up. And I thought I would at least get a good scent for a month let alone a week. I am so disappointed. Waste of money all the way around. Don't do it. Do you want to know who you should buy from. Tyler candle company makes a great laundry detergent and the soap itself works and a little goes a long way. It lasts for a month +!!! We use it at our vacation rentals. Diva laundry detergent smells so good. Worth it way more in my opinion. I'll definitely be going back.

Amazingly Scented, Efficient Laundry Duo!
I chose the Australian Sandalwood scent, and what immediately impressed me is that the package includes both detergent and scent booster beads in one. It's so difficult finding scent beads that match the scent without using the generic brands! The pods dissolve completely, even in cooler water, and leave no residue on clothing. The cleaning power is strong enough for everyday wear and workout clothes, but still gentle on more delicate fabrics. The scent is subtle rather than overly sweet or artificial. Clothes retain a light fragrance even days later in the closet, which I appreciate. It feels like a well-formulated product rather than just a heavily fragranced one.

Smells Great But Very Heavy use with caution
This product is easy to use and the smell is there it’s no doubt it has good smell but it’s very strong, it does remove stains but no pet hair, we have a laundry mat in our complex so it’s size is easy to carry to and from, so no mess no hassle, none of us have sensitive skin so we wouldn’t be able to say it provides skin protection. I’ve used it 3 times but the scent is so strong, with the pod, the scent beads, and dryer sheet. I would use it again only in an emergency.
