Mostly great... Mostly
I bought this for the android auto maps. My car doesn't have android auto and this was a lot easier than installing a new radio, so thought I'd try it out. Connecting my phone to it was simple and android auto works great. Passing audio to my car via aux works, but you can actually forward the audio Bluetooth signal from this unit to your radio, and that is simple and works actually.... Surprisingly well. Like really good. The only gotcha has to do with the feature I didn't buy it for. The dashcam. The video quality seems good enough far as I can tell on my phone, haven't put it in a larger screen yet to really inspect. BUT... HERE is the gotcha: you have to install a 3rd party app to pull the video on your phone... Ok sure, then you have to connect it via wifi. Ok sure. Except, your phone is already connected via wifi for Android auto. And I can't find anyway to easily switch from android auto mode to wifi video mode... I've had to completely disconnect Bluetooth and wifi, then the unit will give you the option to switch to wifi video mode, then you have to connect to it in that mode and open the app on your phone. Ok all done, time to switch back to android auto, same problem. Disconnect Bluetooth and wifi, switch unit to AA mode, reconnect. Not intuitive at all. And these instructions are not in the manual at all, just a QR code to the app.My only other thing to mention is not really a fault of the product but something to consider. A 5 inch screen isn't very large, and when you use android auto you have a taskbar at the bottom shrinking it more and if you want audio controls up its EVEN SMALLER. That should go without saying but I didn't really consider that I would wind up with a GPS screen that's about 3 inches diagonally. There are larger versions of this product, I would encourage anyone looking at this to consider those, unless windshield space is a huge concern.TLDR: auto software good. Cam software fine. Switching between terrible.UPDATE: After 4 months of normal use the mounting mechanism snapped. Picture included. Can no longer be used with suction mount, which is how I used it.

Seems to have power issues.
Mine constantly resets itself and loses contact with my phone. Took it on a trip and it couldn't stay connected with my phone when we were out in the boonies. Kept dropping the signal. Phone wasn't having issues, it was still navigating, but the unit kept dropping out.
