Just what I was looking for
Our apt has no AC and so I wanted an ice pack soft enough to sleep with. This is perfect. Good construction doesn’t seem cheap. Just wish it got/stayed colder like the harder ones do. Really good for hot flashes & anxiety. I’m sure it’s perfect for actual injuries as well.

I like this so much, I decided to buy another.
Fabric is soft and the pack molds well to wherever you need to use it. It's a great product & I highly recommend.

To small for a man
Works but it’s too small for myself 6’0 220 athletic build. Not enough coverage.

I gave it a 3 star only because it does at least feels cold for 15 min. Otherwise, 1 star
It was a little disappointing to say the least. According to what they have proclaimed, it should be cooler and stay colder than most gel straps. I beg to differ. It stays cold 15 to 20 min., which is what most brands do. It sweats profusely on the side that is supposed to be the coldest. Who wants to wear a rain coat while icing your neck and shoulders?

Worth every penny
I have problems with my neck and arm. I bought this and tried it and it works wonders for me.

If you need cold therapy longer than 30mins. This product is not for you.
The coolness last about 20-30 minutes. I wish that it lasted longer.

Doesn't Mold to Shoulders
This thing does not stay on my shoulders which was the whole point. It freezes hard and not bendy so then it just sits awkwardly

This ice pack is good for your neck, your shoulders mid back and lower back.
