I've never had a water filter until few months ago, I got sick of the scale in the kettle and thought id give it a go, it works great, it recommends changing the filter every month but its been in mine 3 months now and the kettle is just starting to build scame again, I guess that can be my sign that it needs changing, it hold plenty of water, it doesn't filter very quickly but that's not really an issue, I can't say I can taste a whole load of difference but it is noticeable, I think after this one breaks ill get a much bigger one that stores in the fridge with a tap on the bottom of it.

Bought to replace a Brita jug that had seen better days. Jug is fine, seems to hold more water than the old one - but the lid is so difficult to get on ….. a lot of banging is involved!!! Not sure why - never had this problem with the old one. Rather than fitting tightly it seems to just sit on top. I filled it one day and started to pour some water out before it had all run through - and the top came off with water flooding over my worktops. With all the banging to get the lid on I suspect it will only be a matter of time before it breaks; next time I’ll try the flip top lid!

I needed to replace my previous water filter, as I had damaged it. As ever, this water filter works really well, and has been so good during this heat wave. Cold, filtered water always available in the fridge feels like a luxury and really improves the taste of our local tap water.

Absolutely love my Brita water filter! It's amazing how much of a difference it makes – the water tastes so much cleaner and fresher, completely getting rid of the hard water from the tap. It’s super easy to set up and use, and the pitcher fits perfectly in my fridge. A simple, affordable way to get great-tasting water at home. Highly recommend!

Felt it was high time I changed the colour to white it makes it look cleaner so out went the blk, and in came the white it's lovely but you have to be careful when removing the lid as there is an airlock, if you do not look for the hole in the handle you will not get the lid off, it's a great idea to keep the lid on and dust and muck out, so you have to put your 3rd finger over the hole and the palm of your hand over the blk area, wait half a minute and then pull the lid will come away without any fuss, But it's fiffe=not way to put it back you line up the top with the jug handle, then slowly push your lid back on, you will soon get the hang on it, and you could say it's great for kids to keep it from spilling , colour makes things look gre@t but very clean,

The Aluna does the job in terms of filtering water, but the refill process is unnecessarily annoying; you have to take the entire lid off, which makes daily use more awkward. The filter sensor is also frustrating: it asks for a change every 30 days even when I’m only doing a single refill a day. For that reason, I’d recommend the Marella instead if ease of use matters to you.

The jug itself is great and filters water well, but you have to remove the lid fully in order to top it up. I've seen other jugs with a flap that allows you to fill the jug up more quickly.

La jarra Brita con filtro fue una de las mejores compras que hice para casa. La diferencia en el sabor del agua se nota desde el primer uso: queda mucho más suave, sin olor y perfecta para beber o preparar café y té. Además, ayuda a reducir la cal, algo que se agradece muchísimo si vivís en una zona con agua dura ( yo vivo en Alicante y el agua aqui es fatal ) La jarra es cómoda, ligera y fácil de rellenar gracias a la tapa de apertura rápida. El diseño cabe bien en la puerta de la nevera y el medidor que indica cuándo cambiar el filtro es muy útil para no olvidarse. También me encanta que los filtros duran bastante y se instalan en segundos. Desde que la uso, he reducido el consumo de botellas de plástico, así que también es un plus para el bolsillo y para el medio ambiente. En resumen, una jarra eficaz, práctica y fiable, ideal para mejorar la calidad del agua diaria sin complicaciones. ¡Muy recomendable!

The water tasted nice but it took forever to filter and I found it unreliable, so I won’t be using it again. Shame, I was looking for a suitable alternative to bottled water and unfortunately this wasn’t the best solution for me.
