As a long term sufferer of Ankylosing Spondylitis I have always been looking for the best pain relief as anyone who has this condition knows how chronic the pain can be during periods of rest. Although Naproxen is very effective, it isn't something that I want to get too dependant on taking long term. I have been taking these for about 6 months now and although I didn't feel much of a difference to begin with I do believe I am starting to feel the affects of pain relief now. Don't get me wrong, my back pain is not completely eliminated but is a lot more bearable so much so I have stopped taking Naproxen for for about a month which I feel is great news. Don't expect miracles straight away, give them time to settle properly in to your system, and I believe you will feel the difference like I have..

Arrived really fast. Great product as strong strength of turmeric for pain relief but a larger size tablet than I'm used to taking. Smooth and oval shaped and easy to swallow on its own with water. Seems to be working well.

The tablets are hard so some may find a little difficulty in swallowing if, say, with a sore throat, but they slip down easily with me with a glass of water.. I've noticed an improvement in my fingers since switching to these from a much cheaper product and the difference in price seems, thus far, to be worth it.

I have bought this product direct before so I was surprised not to receive the item in a letterbox friendly package. They save plastic. Supplements themselves were as good as ever. I use them to maintain brain health and general immunity.

Curcumin tablets keeps me heathy and are easy to swallow.

Perfect product, just what I needed, and cheaper than the others out there.

The carcumin content is good vs. others on amazon but they're a bit on the expensive side. Others are available elsewhere at 1/3rd

I have painful knees so I read that turmeric might help. I have just bought my 2nd supply because I’ve been so impressed. The pain has definitely reduced although not eliminated. I had forgotten to take them for a few days and it’s when I noticed that my knees were more painful. They certainly help me and they might work for you too.
