It's got colour but not much debth for fondant. Had to use almost the entire thing to get this dark brown for 1 kg fondant with a dash of black. I had bought black too, but cos it took so long with the brown that the fondant lost its elasticity after kneeding so much to get the colour in, I decided to use the brown that was left over and put some black to help speed it it which meant I didn't have to use much of the black..
