Slow to get going but that's been down to weather. now its growing its coming along nicely.

Good value grass seed easy sow little care required during growing mainly used for patching in and thickening the existing lawn. Hand sowed over existing grasss lawn , took well , but patches not so good going for turf rolls next time.

Love this seed. All I can say is this seed worked well in my garden. Prior to seeding I’ve always had issues with our lawn. The soil is very clay like and doesn’t drain well and consequently we get loads moss. So it’s no exaggeration when I tell you that most of my lawn was moss and previous years I’ve put moss killer down but it just returns with an avengence and due to this it just built up - I Woukd get rid of some but it would return so this year I was determined to get my lawn looking good. I looked up some YouTube videos and learnt how to restore my lawn and got rid of the moss with moss killer and painstaking raking leaving barely any grass just dirt patches. Then I put gypsum down to break down the clay. I then went round the whole lawn with a fork staving holes to aireate it!! Listen to me- I’m no pro btw I found all this out from online garden professionals. lol. I then put down a thin layer of compost then this brilliant seed and another thin layer of compost over the top. I then put netting over and staked down over the top.l to prevent the pigeons from taking it all. Two weeks later beautiful green lush grass coming through. I then cut the Top of the grass initially not too short so just the top part and it just got thicker and thicker. I have a couple of small bare areas that need seeding and one area where it’s thinner but I don’t think that’s anything to do with the seed itself I think it’s more to do with me missing those bits. The pictures are of my lawn now which has had its third cut now and look how green, thick and lush it looks. So i have to say I am very pleased with the seed and will be purchasing some more for over seeding in the future to keep my lawn thick and hopefully this will prevent opportunities for the moss to return. I've put the seeds down I didn't reak it as the grass was very muddy and very wet I put the seeds down first week of March which has been 3 weeks still waiting but I think it's a bit early. Last summer it grow with in a week so I need to do again but used up the seeds and need more

We received this bag of grass seed to address a significant bare area in our back garden, which I hesitate to call a lawn, as well as several smaller bare patches. Due to the timing of the delivery, which was my choice and not Amazon's, we proceeded to sow a couple of the smaller areas upon its arrival. These have sprouted, albeit gradually. The weather conditions have not yet permitted us to spread the seed in the larger bare areas, as some preparatory work is required beforehand. However, if the results from the smaller areas are any indication, I am confident that the seed will grow successfully.
