Excellent overall; Highly Recommended
Very tough and built to last, this backpack stands up to the rigors of my job on a daily basis. It has withstood falling off the vehicle I drive at work, it's been through steady downpours, and blistering sun. All the seams are holding up and the material laughs off abrasions and scuffs while still looking new. The backpack is mostly water resistant but there are limits. When I was out in a torrential downpour for about 2 hours, the contents within did get a little damp and the color bled from the velcro which now looks a little brown in comparison. It swallows whatever I put in it and seems to have room for more. The zippers are tough and will hold up to overpacking as well. The overall comfort, from the shoulder straps to the padded rear panel is great, never fatiguing. I highly recommend this backpack for work, school, or outdoor fun. It's well made, constructed of tough materials, and has right sized storage, even for larger laptops.

Lots of strategically placed pockets, well made.
I bought two of these - and use them for exactly what they're made for they are go-bags for my wife and me in case of an emergency. They have plenty of room for essentials, and store easily in the trunk/hatch of our cars.

Sized for a slim build average height male with straps are largely worthless
First of all my family are avid hikers/backpackers, so we generally use expensive Osprey packs. Given the price point, my review is scaled down to that expectation level. If you are looking for a tacticool looking pack with lots of zippered pouches and are a slim male of no more than 5'10" tall, this will work for you. If you are taller or have a bit of a belly, some features will not work. There are many zippered compartments and MOLLE attachment points. However, the straps are of low quality and will not hold even under a load - buy some after market straps to attach to the MOLLE points. For me, the loss of the waist band due to size and the inability to use the straps to secure anything make this a 3 star product. It has a hydration pouch, but the pack is not comfortable enough for a day hike where I would consider needing hydration. Not saying do not buy it, but you get what you pay for. Pros: Heavy construction Lots of zippered pockets Lots of MOLLE attachment points Adjustable shoulder, sternum and waist straps Tacticool look Cons: Sized for a less than average height male (i.e. 5'10") with a slim build. Shoulder straps are at the max length for me - I am 5'10" Waist strap sized for a slim male - I have a bit of a 50's belly (despite jogging), but the straps will not adjust enough to be useable - all Osprey packs fit even with winter layers on Strapping and buckles are low quality and the straps come undone even with tension - took most off

Great buy for travel and camping
Strap length is great. I also love how I use this when flying. It fits a lot of things in there and very durable. Worth the buy.
