Works well.
So far this safe works well. The set up was easy.

Just use the key works great

I like how the unit operates, but setting up the combination/fingerprints is not easy.

Heres a common Mistake but This safe is great
It works well, no issues. The reviews ive seen about the fingerprint reader or programming the code not working is the users holding the program button down too long. Theres a review here with a video of someone doing just that and saying it doesnt work. You hold the program button down for ONE SECOND, hit 1 or 2 depending on what you want to program, fingerprint or number code. If you hold it down for 5 seconds and the button flashes you just reset it to factory settings, thats it.

Customer service is outstanding.
Everything works as advertised. This rating is for their customer service, I had an issue with the device and the problem was resolved promptly and professionally.

Don’t risk it
The latch is not springing open consistently. It seems to get hung up. I have tested this about 30 times and it only opens about 25% of the time. If I put the code in and then hold the outside of the box and lift, it will open because the latch becomes loose with moving the box, but this is not reliable and who wants to chance that in a real emergency- not worth the risk.

Exactly what I was looking for
I bought this a a gift for my husband. He said it is exactly what he was looking for. Seems to be good quality for the price and is easy to use. I would recommend it!
