Works surprisingly well for such a small device. Heats up quickly and has been very effective at removing wrinkles from various types of clothing. The one negative is the small water reservoir, but I kept the five stars because it hasn't actually been an issue for de-wrinkling one or two items, and this is after all meant to be a travel version.

I've used this steamer several times since purchasing it for various uses. I initially bought it for my military uniform to quickly get creases out before parades/training nights/after travel. It works very well. As others have mentioned, the water tank is somewhat small, so you may need to refill the water a couple of times for a garment. But I don't mind, because it means that the steamer stays slim, easy to store and travel with. I've also used it on various types of material including linen, cotton, etc, for family photos. It's become one of my favourite items and has absolutely taken the place of the iron (except for making creases in my uniform, which still requires an iron to do properly).

I hate ironing. This is quicker and I don’t have to drag out the ironing board, wait for the iron to heat up, then break it all down when done. So far I've used it on a linen shirt, linen pants and a few polyester blouses that arrived so wrinkled I didn’t want to even try on until I got the wrinkles out. Also. I don’t have to worry about singeing stuff I bought online that I might want to return. Reservoir is small, I can do only one garment at a time. It’s travel size, so it makes sense to keep it all small, wish I had bought it sooner, makes life much easier. I use filtered water as our tape water is hard and don’t want all that buildup. Read the instructions so you don’t burn/steam yourself on first go round. Reasonably quite, easy to use, might have to go over some deep wrinkles a few times to smooth out, but it will.

I’ve never really learned how to iron and when online clothing comes it always has SO MANY wrinkles and they look so bad; this is the solution!! I LOVE THIS THING!! It works perfectly, is easy to use and my clothes look awesome!!The only small negative is that the water canister could be bigger, I steamed 4 shirts and a blazer and had to refill it 3 times, but that’s not a big deal at all, as it’s smaller size will make it great for travelling. If you want a steamer, but this one!
