The media could not be loaded. So long as you dont have fumbling fingers there are great. Some of the peives are so small its easy to rip the paper off of you get carried away but i have fully developed fine motor skills and enjoy little detail work like origami and wiring so i quite enjoyed it. Not for those incapable of following instructions. The instructions were very clear and understandable with pictures for those like me who choose to feign illeteracy when it matters.

The build on this project has been both enjoyable and worthwhile. One note of interest is that parts N02, N04, and N05 serve no function. They supposedly form a connection point between the two projects via the longest walkway between the two islands. If you watch the second video (2:55 minutes, at the 2:28 mark) featuring the linkage of the two sets you will notice that the builder removes this little connection that exactly matches the connection that already exists at the end of the long walkway. You are left with an extra connection. Not sure why, but that ends the build. The illustrations for this project are great but there are no names for any of the buildings so you will know nothing of what you have just constructed unless you already know it, or know someone who does. I'm giving it to someone who does!

Seems like an easy build at first.. you get a false sense of accomplishment starting with the base and then the real challenge starts. Parts didn’t want to line up and at one point tugged so hard a ripped a hole in her head.. it’s fine. She is fine. Got it all together and it’s really cool looking. Just be prepared for some cussing and walking away for a bit to keep your sanity if this is your first time putting a puzzle like this together.

I love this puzzle. It is pretty big (I think it's almost life-size!) And it looks beautiful on top of my bookshelf. Note: pay VERY close attention to the numbers! They often don't go in order. I assumed (gasp!) and ended up having to glue a piece on the outside because I mixed up two pieces in the middle and was NOT taking it apart to fix it! Great for people with patience and the ability to coax pieces into place very gently but forcefully.

I really love putting this together. They’re not hard to separate like the wooden counterparts. If you’re careful with them they don’t damage as easily as you might think. They go together quickly and fairly easily. It holds together well. And looks exactly as pictured.

11 year old loved putting this together, it's a great size. It's like a foam cardboard material. A few pieces ripped and had to tape some spots to stay in place. Very cute would recommend
