Great for the price.
This is a neat little mix stand. I have had some issues with it being a little off balance at times so just wish the stand had a little more weight at the bottom. Other then that great product. I use it at a lot of my gigs.

Low low quality
Very cheap, made from week plastic, broke after few uses.. not worth a try.

This product is smaller than it looks.
The information I got from this Tree New Bee ad is a bit misleading – hence 3 stars: I added pictures of this stand next to an average size boom mic stand just as a visual comparison. The stand is smaller than the advertised picture. The only dimension given in the add, is of the packaging size. So here’s the real size: 1. Floor to center of mic on the fully extended main column is 43.5”. 2. Each telescoping piece is the same length - aprox. 12” (the picture shows a much longer top extension, this is false). 3. The boom arm is a total of 18”, so 12” of useable extension (unless you remove the end handle, which did slide off, you’ll get another 2”). 4. Fully vertical extended height (included the boom arm is 53”. 5. Every locking mechanism seems to work fine except the bottom main shaft extension grip, which will hold if you get it at the right tension (it’ll turn past tight, back to loose. So you have to find the “just tight enough” spot, and it’ll hold two mics ok). 6. The Legs are 8” from the center radius, so a 16” diameter – good enough for its size. They fit into position and are not loose or floppy. 7. The soft rubber mic holder will hold a large diameter mic just fine but will not hold the corded mic (my wireless has a large 1.25” barrel and the corded mic is a tapered 1” – don’t make fun of it, it works, ok?). 8. The Spring loaded mic holder opens to almost 2” and holds both mics not real tight but good enough. The padding on the inside is a nice touch. 9. It has 2 cord holders that will attach to either of the small extension tubes. 10. It compacts down to 22” - it could be a few inches smaller if you remove the mic holders. 11. My thoughts: I like that it holds 2 mics, I thought it would be good to mic voice and instrument on one stand, however the stand is limited on reach so it’s got to be close. I thought it would be taller; I’m 6’ and with the boom and microphone vertical, it stretches the limit when standing up straight. This would be ok for sit down stuff, a floor desk mic, or even for kids to use. This is not built for abuse, so if you’re respectful, I think it would be a handy tool to have. I just think the description needs actual dimensions and a realistic picture of the product for clarification and to avoid disappointed customers. I’m not going to return it because it has its application; it just wasn’t what I thought I had bought.

Adorable and versatile.
I got some cheap karaoke mics for my daughters [8 and 4] to use and this stand is the perfect height to set both up for them to sing with each other. With the boom extended and the stand at full height it even works for me and will be useful for band practices in small areas or when sitting down. The compact size makes it pretty sturdy and way easier to carry than my larger stand.

Better as a recording mic
The footprint of this is very small. It works very well if you just want to mic an amp or stationary sound source. Trying to sing into it while playing guitar is another story. With the short legs, bumping into it even lightly will cause it to fall over if the boom is extended. BUT, for the money, it's worth having a couple around for recording.

Breaks easily. Doesn't squeeze microphones tightly enough and they fall off constantly. I used tape around them but then the whole clamp just broke anyway- springs flying everywhere.. blah.

Well made and appears super durable
This is an excellent 'sit down' (for me) microphone boom stand. It is sturdy, well balanced, lightweight (but strong), and packs away easily for transport between jobs. With the main post fully extended and the book vertical it measures a little over 5' tall. At 6" 2" and preferring to stand during performance, I need more height in my stand. By the way, this vendor shows concern for his customers and gives exce,,ent service!

Junk.... unless you’re buying for a child’s karaoke microphone, it’s junk. Not worth the money.... even as cheap as it is... not worth it... I’ll make it a drink holder... if it doesn’t fall over....or bend under the weight of a water bottle

Muy bueno, tal cual la descripción y no tengo quejas pero debe tratarse con cuidado ya que si es frágil.
