Great Quality
Very sturdy and perfect for security badges. The front cover of the holder is thick enough to protect the card very well, but still able to access wireless access panels if you use wireless scan entry. Can also hold multiple cards at once, or just the one. It has a perfect clamp in it to hold the card(s) in place with no slide. Highly recommend if you are someone who needs their badge at all times and needs it to stay clean and safe.

Is good to a point.
The badge reel is pretty good and still holding up good after a year. The badge holder itself lasted a little over a year, but just at the top part that the reel connects to. It is made of plastic and broke. I think if the top part was metal it would last longer.

Awesome customer service!
The product is good. Bought it a little over a year ago and have to extend the badge a minimum of 20 times a day (due to all the cypher locked doors I need to go through). Worked fine until yesterday when the spring inside snapped and it would not retract. Now, the customer service is AMAZING. I emailed them about it and absolutely no questions asked, they said a replacement is being sent (technically three months past the end of the warranty) and they said it could take up to 4 business days to arrive. Yea, that was a miscalculation. It arrived today (1 business day!!!!) If anyone needs or prefers a retractable badge holder, I will definitely recommend this one.
