Works great!
We lost one of these that came with my husbands new car radio, and I found this on here at a good price. It works really well, and easy to put on the radio.

Much better than built-in mic
I got this for a Android head unit that I got off of AliExpress, and in comparison to the built-in microphone the audio quality is superb. I got this mainly to take phone calls, but I found that the Google Assistant on Android Auto via HUR works much better with this as well. Make sure you know where the adapter cable is for your head unit before you take it out, otherwise you'll end up like me searching for it with your radio hanging out.

Mounting system is great
This has been in 3 different places in my truck while deciding the best location. Phone call can tell i am in a vehicle, but say it sounds ok

don't buy the mic
The mic doesn't work with my stereo. The sound quality is very poor.
