Best portable storage solution
I bought this to use as a Time Machine backup for my Mac. I was looking for a traditional small-brick-sized external solution but then I discovered this and I just had to have it. I easily partitioned and formatted it as required, and the blazing fast read/write speed meant my backup was completed in less time than it took to make and drink a cup of coffee. Stayed cool the whole time. Plus I can’t believe how small it is for 512GB! It feels great in the hand, and the end caps (be careful you don’t lose those) fit snugly with no danger of falling off.
