PalpitateC350157 Union Kit Replacement fits Pentair Superflo Variable Speed and SuperMax Ingroundm, for Pool and Spa Pump Parts 2 Pack

Two of these full connectors (connector, nut and O-ring) where half the price of Just the Nut at my local pool store.

I'm glad ilthis kit came with two sets, as I had the original plastic nut disintegrate, and when I unscrewed the union on the other side of the pump, that nut crumbled to pieces as well because it was so old. This one fit well and screwed onto the pump as expected. Used a reamer to take the old pipe out of the elbow and glued this one on. O-ring was included too. Made for a good job.

Unit did not hold up...weak plastic

Mated right up to the used filter I bought off craigslist and worked exactly as expected. It's annoying pool companies can't use standard plumbing supplies, but if you need the union, this works great.

Everything fit OK and my pump is now leak-free. I used a good glop of O-ring stuff.
