Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased the extra strong coffee by mistake. I usually get the expresso. I called Amazon customer service to see if I could return it. They could not take it back, told me to keep it and gave me a full refund. I had purchased this coffee before from a different seller on another website and the coffee did not taste very good, sort of flat, not rich like I thought it should be. So, when I got this from Amazon, I figured it would be the same. Since they told me to keep it, I decide to use some because I was out of coffee. To my surprise the coffee is delicious, almost as good and rich as the expresso I normally get. If I had tried it before calling Amazon customer service, I would not have tried to return it.

So disappointed with the flavor after years of loving the Dark Roast! Even my 6 years-out-of-date Dark Roast pods have a richer flavor than this. This is bitter! I beg the company to bring back the Dark Roast! Love using my Senseo though.

Excellent coffee. I've been ordering this for many years. It's much better than K-cup coffee and more economical. Shipment was on-time.
