Absolutely LOVE this brand of "Green" pans!!

All of my Green Pan products have been worth the money. I have 2 cookie sheet pans and this set plus the bread pans. I haven't found anything that works as good for remaining non stick as these are. I am convinced thrre isnt anything out thats better at making baked on burt on stuff come off with zero effort. Burnt fat? Burnt baked on sugar or chocolate? Flakes off like candle wax with a small plastic scraper. I actually have to be gentle because the stuff comes off so easy it goes flying off the pans!

I love love this pan. It is very easy to clean, the size is so functional and practical. It works well for everything from brownies to casseroles to roasts. I bought one for my son as well because it is just such a great pan.

This particular product is aimed more at casseroles, meat loaf, etc. rather than cakes, etc. What do meat loaf and casseroles have in common? They stick to the pans in which they're cooked! But not these... food removes from these without a trace; it's barely necessary to watch them. The flat pans work great for cookies, or beneath oven dishes such as pot pies, whose baked-on spills vanish without a trace.

These pans are great! So far they clean easily and I love that they are ceramic coated.
