Hospital Bag Essential
These are lifesaving after a vaginal delivery and I can't recommend them enough. I went through a ton of these though so don't be afraid to get the bigger sizes. They are very soothing and truly provide so much relief. Make sure you have these in your hospital bag.

Immediate RELIEF FROM ITCHING AND BURNING
Great stuff. Never had hemmoroids before. Doctor suggested this. Really helpful for immediate relief and itching. But I also changed up my products in controlling the constipation as well. Stool softeners, probiotics, enzymes.... trial and error. You know the drill. In my case the severe constipation is caused by scar tissue from a surgery some time ago.

Post partum recovery must have
Witch Hazel pads for post partum recovery are awesome. My first baby 11 years ago I didn’t know about these I’m so glad I did now. Yes you can ask for them in the hospital but it’s nice when you run out to have these on hand for recovery from labor.

If you’re pregnant, get this for after you have your baby! This is perfect for when you pee and your private burns, rub the sheet on it for like 20 seconds and it’s heaven. The pain is gone!

Love this product for postpartum! Even if you don’t get hemorrhoids the with hazel and cooling effect still helps healing! However I needed to buy more after only a couple of days.
