Really impressed by the quality, it's a perfect fit and you can tell effort has been put into the design, as a guy with large hands to steam deck OLED was uncomfortable to hold to long sessions as I couldn't get a proper grip, mainly my little fingers would be waving in the air with nothing to hold onto , this case fixed that with it's larger bottom profile (which also functions to allow the deck to stand up which is great, now put it down when not in use like this instead of flat which always made me worry about dropping something on the screen) The grips themselves are comfortable and perfect amount of grip , before the deck would slip slightly due to it smooth finish. The finish of the case is premium and I feel makes my deck look better aswell due to this, I went with black and I'm glad I did as it looks apart of the deck like it had been designed this way and blends in to the screen / model. I don't usually leave reviews but I was impressed, especially for the price. Recommended.

This is a perfect fit for my Steam deck OLED. Gives a comfortable grip for long gaming sessions. Easy to put on and take off which is handy as the Steam Deck does not fit in the original case with it on.

This case makes holding the Steam Deck much more grippy and comfortable. It also looks good. I have the original 512GB LCD Steam Deck model, and while it does fit in the official carry case, it's tight. Almost alarmingly so at first. If I had thumb grips on too, I suspect it wouldn't fit, but I haven't tried this yet. My only disappointment comes from an advertising misunderstanding. The advertising stated that this case has a cutout for the official dock. Yes, it does, for the dock's USB-C cable. But the Steam Deck itself will not fit in the dock cradle with this case on. This means I'll have to use the case's built-in ability to act as a stand and set the console down alongside the dock instead, which isn't ideal when you have limited space.

This GripCase is a fantastic accessory for the Steam Deck OLED. The textured grips make it much more comfortable to hold during long gaming sessions, and the soft material provides solid protection without adding too much bulk. I especially love the built-in stand—it’s stable and perfect for tabletop use, whether at home or on the go. It fits my 512GB OLED model well, though it’s a snug fit in the official carrying case. The design is clever, with cutouts for docks and improved shoulder button access. Some users mention it doesn’t work with all docks, so keep that in mind. Overall, it’s a well-thought-out case that enhances both comfort and usability. Highly recommended for Steam Deck owners

Perfect fit on the SD, very ergonomic and fits the Steam Deck carrying case perfectly. The grip case is made of flexible rubber, so it doesn't add much weight to the deck. Definitely recommend if you are looking for something cheap and light to protect your Steam Deck.

Very good quality, very comfy, and doesn't add much bulk. I use it with their hard front shell and together they provide an amazingly compact way of protecting the Steam Deck

-1 Star for flimsy stand function of case (supporting surface must be perfectly level and stable, cannot see this not falling over on e.g., a train commute) -1 Star for compatibility with carry cases. Deck must be pressured into the standard STEAM/VALVE carry case to fit. Puts pressure on zip seams whilst in case. Still fits and works, but not a perfect fit given it puts stress on the zip / doesn't just fit perfectly as intended. Outside of that, grip case is good, feels better than the without the case. Also, not going to take a star off because there's nothing anyone can do about it due to STEAM/VALVE's product design / without a full cover case: the top two corners with LT/LB & RT/RB are unprotected from drop damage by the case.
