I use this with my whole-home HVAC diffuser and it has been amazing. The scent is fantastic, very subtle but still noticeable, and it has that ritzy, upscale hotel feel without being overpowering. It really does make my house smell polished and expensive in the best way. I was hoping for something inspired by a luxury hotel scent, and this absolutely gives that vibe. What I like most is that it smells clean and sophisticated instead of overly sweet or heavy. Besides the HVAC diffuser, I also like using it in a regular diffuser when I want that same scent in a specific room. It works especially well when I want the living room or bedroom to feel a little more relaxing and put together. This is definitely pricey, but the bottle is huge and a little goes a long way, so I can already tell it is going to last me a very long time. For me, the size and the quality make it feel worth it.

I just purchased a diffuser for home, hooks into ac unit to spread scent thru out home. My diffuser holds 850ml. The scent I purchased was 200ml. I'm still trying to dial in the scent. I marked top of line to determine how long it last 99.00 isn't cheap it's been 8 days I'm down to less than 100ml at this rate I will not be able to afford 2 bottles a month. My setting have been adjusted to 5 the lower side to 16 at high end. Wondering if this was a good purchase. I thought by having one scent thruout would economical as opposed to my wallflower thruout house. They keep going up in price. I'm on fence.

I really liked the size of this bottle. At 500 ml, it’s much larger than most diffuser oils I’ve tried, so it lasts a long time even with regular use. It feels like a good option if you run a diffuser daily or like having a signature scent in your home without constantly needing replacements. The fragrance itself is clean and elevated, with a fresh, slightly citrus-forward profile that reminds me of a high-end hotel lobby. It’s not overpowering or overly sweet, just a balanced scent that makes the space feel calm and put together. It works well in both my cold-air diffuser and a standard ultrasonic diffuser, and the scent carries nicely without being too strong. I also like that a little goes a long way, especially in smaller rooms.

Barely any scent. Not nearly as good as the positano or heaven that you can actually smell. Waste of money.

This scent arrived packed in the familiar Magic Scent tube box with lid, which I always appreciate as it is a fantastic way to store diffuser oils (photo was taken prior to use.) Spoiler: it’s a pleasant scent, but has very weak projection and longevity. I’ve used this Hotel Di Capri Hotel Scent in the Magic Scent diffuser in my office, which is about 150 square feet, as well as in my home in a medium sized bedroom (200 square feet) though another diffuser that is also a waterless system, and I’ve used it for three days at this point. In the Capri bottle, I can smell a faint scent that is warm with some citrus notes and an undertone of rose and jasmine. The scent is very light and disperses quickly at the lowest strength setting on my diffuser to the point that I can’t smell anything at all after about a minute - something very unusual for scented oils in general, and for the Magic Scent brand in particular. I think the scent is nice up close, but I’m just disappointed in the strength and staying power of the scent. For my home diffuser, which uses a 20ml bottle, I’ve had to set the machine to “medium” in order to maintain a lasting scent during the time the machine operates. This means the machine distributes scent once every three minutes, draining the bottle fairly quickly, but even after a 15 minute session, the scent dissipated almost immediately after each throw and was difficult to pick up once the machine stopped distributing it. I had to walk very close to the diffuser to pick up the scent, and I have checked to be sure both diffusers are working as they should. I’ve ordered five other scents by this company and all were delightful and filled my house or office with a lovely aroma that lasted long after the machine turned off. With the Capri scent, I can barely smell it at all, and what I do smell from the diffuser is similar to a lemon-scented baby powder at first, then mellows to a wood scent (likely the sandalwood) - which is pleasant. Ultimately, for the price of $68.95 I do expect a stronger output than what this gives. If I were to guess at the ideal user for this product, it would be someone in an incredibly small space (a small guest bedroom perhaps) and it might be good for someone who does not like strong scents. But even then, I feel it is currently priced high for what you get. Four stars are for the scent when it is initially distributed, and knowing that prices fluctuate over time, but I would not order it again at this current price.

I’d like to consider myself a faithful Magic Scent customer however, after this purchase I will no longer be buying their products, not only is it overpriced but you literally cannot even smell it, not even on the highest setting. I even messaged customer service thinking I had a defective item, got the new one in the mail, same thing. We run constant maintenance on your machine and the alcohol prep every cycle we ended up buying a new machine and, nothing! Over $100 for a pack of two in the trash.
