Easy to use and very effective. Using it for my sciatic pain. It works well and last a long time. Takes 5 or 6 minutes to start working, so be patient. Neutral odor and the roll-on quick dry application makes it easy to use—even on the go. Worth a try. Hope it works for you.

I've tried all the over the counter topicals, this is the best..reduces pain the most, doesn't leave any greasy mess on your skin, and no smell either.

The roll on is great, and does a nice job of keeping your hands clean while still spreading the product as needed. For people with nerve pain, this is very worth purchasing. For people with shallow muscle pain, it works well, but for deep muscle you may find Biofreeze to work slightly better. I think with many pain relief products different people have different results. Our bodies all react differently, and there is no magic cure for long lastly pain. This works well for SCIATIC PAIN, and for nerve pain related to a SCI. For other types of nerve pain, I can only hope it works as well. This is NOT a super long lasting pain killer, but does work well for short term relief, which is a great thing to get muscles to unlock and help settle things down.

I have very severe Fibromyalgia and spinal injuries. I get terrible leg cramps, restless leg syndrome and deep muscle pain. This medication is easy to put on, works in about five minutes or less for cramps, and aides with the deep muscle pain. It's easy to put on with the roller top and dries quickly. Lidocaine is great in any form, but patches are expensive and adhesive makes my skin break out. Creams are sticky. This is a great product to ease pain for me and my 24/7/365 pain. Using this product now for about 6 months and keep one by my bedside and desk. Use in conjunction with Hyands Leg Cramps.

I don't mind the smell of icy hot but my kids always give me a hard time telling me it smells up the room. While this is not odorless, nobody complains when I use it. Its a roll on so it doesn't get your hands messy but I've found I need to give it a few minutes to dry before adding clothing back over where it was applied. Seems good and can definitely take the edge off some sore muscles. I tried it on a shoulder with a pinched nerve and no dice. Can't win 'em all I guess.
