This one is tasty! Great chocolate flavor, both high protein and high fiber, which is pretty rare, and zero sugar. Smooth texture, not gritty at all, which is impressive. It thickens a bit, so instructions suggest you drink within half an hour of preparing. I mix with my unsweetened soy milk, add a dash of my favorite sugar free, zero glycemic all natural sweetener, blend with my frother or a few pulses of my magic bullet blender, and it's good to go. Delicious! Sometimes I had a bit of mushroom coffee powder for an iced mocha vibe. It's also a Black owned business which I enjoy supporting. And a superlative product. There are no wheat ingredients used, but they do use oats that are not certified gluten free. I'm gluten sensitive, but I'm not experiencing issues taking it a few times a week, except a little mild congestion. I'm still hoping they go certified GF or, better yet, use purity protocol oats. But if that's not an issue for you, it's a great product! I order the chocolate, but it comes in strawberry and vanilla flavors too. Enjoy!

I use Supergut unflavored powder, in food only, but this is not very good. I tried it in water and milk, still not great. I tried it in yogurt too, still bad.

The sugar content is only 1 g. The protein in this along with the GLP-1 gives me a satisfying fullness in the a.m. I mix in a blender quickly with milk and add my coffee. I do find that I need warm coffee if I just shake it. If you have a cold beverage you must blend.

Supergut Supergut Prebiotic Shakes The shake has a pretty good chocolatey sweet flavor, however, it was a little sweeter than I like. It has that artificial sweetener taste but is a natural sweetener (allulose). What I didn’t like was the promotion of 100% natural ingredients, which is really misleading, considering they have a number of synthetic vitamins in this product. Pyridoxine hydrochloride (synthetic Vitamin B6) comes from petroleum ester, hydrochloric acid, and formaldehyde… It also contains ascorbic acid which is the synthetic form of vitamin C. Which is usually derived from GMO corn, and processed with acetone. I find this product, extremely expensive considering the use of cheap synthetic vitamins
