I tried the caulk and white glue before, and were very happy with how well they work. When I saw the glue in clear, I had to give it a try because white does not always fit the bill -- I don't want white oozing out -- clear is much better! The only thing I would like to see for all Flex Seal caulk and glue products is putting them in containers that can be used until the product is gone. Once opened, it is very difficult to squeeze and get out the product even after following the directions for closing after use. I have to use sticks and whatever else I can find to break the seal deep down to get caulks and glues flowing again after first use. The tube clumps up the product and dries making one unable to just open and squeeze to use.

Works well. It’s not a super glue, but unlike super glue, it adheres more and different materials. Somewhat thick between two sheets.

Great product

Don't waste your time and money on Flex Glue, as it's nothing but a marketing gimmick. I just recently used a Flex Glue for the 2nd time, including this one. Not only does it NOT Flow smoothly, you have to cut the nozzle to the base and then Squeeze down hard to get appears to be a semi-solid glue and leaky fluid. In the past, I used their Roof Sealer /Adhesive can, white, it went on ok but then the next AM, it had "shrunk" into a NON-bonded, white Shoe Sole, a complete Failure. Flex customer support > > Never responded. THERE are OTHER companies with some really great product lines not only for Less, but they actually work 200% better than "flex". Depending of the Indoor or Outdoor Project - I will use GE Silicone Clear cartridge (30 min set time!), or, use 3 types of Gorilla HD / Mac glue (white / clear), and, occasionally Rutland Fireplace mortar. It worked for a piece of glass and on copper. Then I had some magnetic tape that I wanted to secure to the back of an old album. I even weighted it down and left it for the 72 hours, but it wouldn't stick. It is a disappointment. It's also REALY tough to get it out of the tube. Guess I should have just with the spray and the glue I used before I tried this one. For me, nope, wasn't worth it. Hope you have better luck.

It really works! The toughest test has been a broken plastic flange that is on a stainless steel kitchen sink. The hose for the sprayer is very stiff & puts a lot of pressure in that flange (how it was originally broken). I wasn't sure if this glue would work however I put a bead of it on the flange and taped it down with some Gorilla tape. Next day the tape was coming off but the flange was rock solid. (See attached picture) It gets a lot of use and it's been a couple weeks, so far it's holding strong. Today's date 1-1-20 and if it should fail in the future I will update this review but for now this flex glue does what it says it will do. I'm going to use it on a perfectly good pair of Sperry sneaker soles that have begun to separate and look for more stuff that needs stuck. Happy New year!

I just want to address some of the comment I read before purchasing this Flex glue, especially the one regarding its tackiness. This glue is not tacky, it isn’t supposed to be. It’s more like an epoxy consistency. It’s made to be used around water and seals and it DOES work underwater. Meaning you can literally apply the glue above water, submerge it in the water and it will set submerged. I glued LED pool lights under the water to my above ground pool (it’s just a small one with a blow up ring) and they have not moved no matter how many times I hit them with the net. I initially thought I may have to drain the pool first, at least to the depth I wanted to set the lights but I decided to try it underwater first since it does say on the tube “sets underwater”. And I sure am glad I did! I didn’t have a problem with the glue not coming out but read some people did. It is rather thick but it absolutely WORKED like a charm!
