It's an 3RCA cable
and it does 3RCA things. Namely transmit composite/analog signals. I purchased this to connect to a VCR to an A/B splitter, so as to connect it and a DVD player to the same input. It performed this simple task well.

High quality great for aux on sound board

Works okay for general use. Not ideal for transmitting sensitive signals where RF is prevalent.
Functions okay. Conducting wires are small (~28 ga) and is not shielded, i.e. the ground wires do not surround the signals nor are twisted pair. The ground wires run in its own jacket parallel to the signal. This means that it could be susceptible to RF interference. I wouldn't rely on it for sensitive signals but works okay.
