Nasharia Car Windscreen Snow Cover, Car Windshield Snow Cover & Sun Shade Protector with Cotton Thicker Snow Protection Cover Fits Most of SUV

I bought this windscreen cover because the listing says it fits most SUV (4x4 type) vehicles - which tend to have larger windscreens than the average family car. I have a Vauxhall Corsa D which has a large windscreen that extends further forward, on the inside, than I can reach. I have always had difficulty finding a cover, particularly for snow and ice, which covers the whole exterior of the screen - and doesn’t leave the top and/or the bottom exposed - meaning that, despite covering the screen, I still have to scrape parts of it.This windscreen cover fits my screen perfectly, covering it from top to bottom and from side to side. Furthermore it has side flaps/ears which are well positioned, and are big enough to be securely gripped by the doors - thereby helping to prevent its theft. It is very well made, apart from a couple of areas of edge binding which have not been properly tucked/stitched in. This seems to be a common issue with many mass produced Chinese products - where a little more care, and time spent, would ensure a perfectly made product. However, this doesn’t impact on its use, and it doesn’t really bother me, so I have not deducted a star from this otherwise excellent cover.It is so quick and easy to put on the windscreen (handy when it’s very cold and actually snowing), and it will be great to use as a sunshade (to keep the interior cool) in summer. It comes in a nice sturdy plastic zipper bag which will protect it during storage when not in use. I love its silver coloured, glittery, exterior material too. It’s an altogether all-rounder, which represents good value for money..... and I love it.

Overall: A good little package to be kept for when required. Easy to fold, and easy to fit.Disclaimer: I generally don't know what I'm doing. Honestly, I really don't. I generally muddle through and report how I find things. If you are in the same situation, hopefully this helps you and sets your mind at ease.Packaging and Postage: Standard! Amazon prime so it arrived quickly and well packaged.First Impressions: Actually very positive. It comes in a nice little canvas holding case meaning it can be zipped up and left under the passenger seat out of sight until you deem it prudent to fit before a cold spell. The actual cover is not too flimsy. The stitching seems good and strong. All in all it seems decent.Design: Its got two different colours. As you can see from the picture, the front is silver with some thickness. The back can be seen in the photos and is black. It makes it easy to identify which side is which. Does it matter? Well probably. The back is also slightly tacky and would be a little grippy. It probably won't make a huge difference but for when you are trying to fit it and close the doors then this would help. Not only that, but being silver, I have a strong belief that this cover will be useful in the summer as well, and being reflective will prevent heat absorption. Other design points are obviously how it gets closed. The first picture shows the flaps that you put in the door. and close the door on. The little bag is simply a brilliant touch.Use: This is probably the easiest bit. Unfold it. Put it on your windscreen. Do NOT expect such a clean installation as the picture shows. I presume someone was inside the car and held the cover whilst someone else shut the door. However, it is easy to fit to a standard where it works...it just wont be so ... precise!Longevity: This is literally brand new. I haven't even had it out in the frost. I would suspect that points to look at for longevity would be the flaps used to hold it in place, and areas of folding. Having said that, if used appropriately and taking car, it seems robust and well made.

I'm really pleased with this windscreen cover. As it's quite cheap my expectations as to its quality were low. But I was very pleasantly surprised. It's really good quality and well made and looks as though it will last many years. It's quilted with black heat absorbing fabric on the inside and reflective water resistant fabric on the outside. It's finished with binding that will stop the fabric layers fraying and gives it an expensive look. It has flaps that you shut in your doors to secure it in place so it's dead easy to fit. I have a Qashqai and although it's a one size fits all product it fits absolutely perfectly. The first time I used it the windscreen was wet and I expected to find the water had frozen under the cover but it was completely clear of ice. The cover folds up into a zip sealed bag so it can be stored easily - photos attached.I was very impressed and what you get for the price is an excellent product.

I've got a Mazda 5 with a pretty big windscreen and this fits well. It's really simple to get it held by the doors and windscreen wipers; it doesn't flap out of the way when you shut the door which is good. I've got it mainly for covering the winscreen in case of snow but guess it woukd do well providing shade against the hot summer sun. The material is nice and thick which feels robust, but is flexible to fit the windscreen and folds up to fit in the provided ziplock bag which will keep it nice when not in use.I'm pleased with it and hope it will save me some time and cold hands on frosty mornings.
