No idea how much these helped, I don't have a diagnosed food histamine intolerance. However, I can say they had no adverse effect and may have been helpful. However, as £30 for 60 doses, and taking 3 per day, it's roughly £45 a month to keep using this. The positive effect was not obvious enough, to me personally, to justify the ongoing spend. I am in the process of getting properly assessed for food histamine intolerance, hopefully if it is diagnosed I'd get the needed supplement as a prescribed pharmaceutical.

these seem to work to prevent fatigue after eating high histamine food. I haven't eaten a lot of high histamine food in one meal as I was nervous about how I would feel after, but so far so good. I was worried that the quercetin would cause insomnia, which I get from quite a few supplements. However, this did not happen at all, I was fine.
