The Schuessier combination H Tissue Salt Tablets are alot better than The New Era H Tissue Tablets as i used to take the New Era tablets for years they disappeared for a while but when they came back they don't work as well anymore?. So i decided to try pout the Schuessier Combination H Tablets instead and so far so good they're keeping my hay fever under control really well, the only down side is you have to chew the tablets and i really don't get on well, but i have carried on taking them as they work, but it does nearly make me sick every time i take them 4 times a day at the moment, but when i first started taking them i had to take a lot more than 4 times a day, but i think that now they're in my system and i only have to take 4 a day to keep hay fever under control. I’ve been taking these tissue salts daily as part of my routine. They’re easy to take and gentle, with no unpleasant taste or side effects, which is important for something intended for everyday use. It’s still early days and I can’t honestly say I’ve noticed any dramatic results yet, but they’re designed to work gradually rather than as a quick fix. Used to use smaller tablets, these are bigger but you use less.

I noticed that it has lactose in the ingredients, so be cautious if you are allergic to it as I am too, but I made sure that I did not take too much of them as I needed it for hay-fever, which did help me in the end.

These are not the same as I used to have in South Africa.

I purchased these as they came up as a remedy for leg cramps, nowhere near as good as previous purchases (another manufacturer but can't find any more). You can no longer buy anything really that treats severe leg cramps (mine are nightly and can often last all night). Disappointed with these to be frank.

I find these really effective against hay fever symptoms, especially itchy eyes, as long as I use them as soon as I get any symptoms. They taste fine and don't seem to have any side effects. Shame they are not vegan though, my son could use them too then
