Been using Alka-Seltzer for many years. Now the original is hard to find in stores and especially in the large box. Glad we can order it on line as now all I can find in stores are the many variations the maker has branched out creating. The original with aspirin is the best. The effervescence gets it into your system quickly and takes care of business. It's a staple in our home. Love it and always keep it on hand.

Alka- Seltzer relives my heartburn and indigestion problems when it hits me. I buy the larger box since it's cheaper since I use it quite often. It works fast for me.
