I am very happy with this massager. It is easy to use, and changing the heads is simple. It effectively works the knots out of my neck and helps relieve my pain. The device feels solid, well-made, and built to last. It does a great job of relaxing my muscles. The size is good fits my hand well I bought the corded one so I don't have to worry about charging it and the cord doesn't cause any problems when using the massager

I ordered this after almost a week of back pain, feels like muscle is under shoulder blade. Received it overnight. I like that it plugs into an outlet,cord is long, and the actual wand is big enough so I can hold it with 2 hands and reach overhead to my back. Each of the 6 heads works well for different muscles. There are 5 speeds and 5 modes, from super gentle vibration, to deep tissue massage.. and from pulsing to continuous interval. My muscles immediately felt better and I can take a deep breath, after almost a week of shallow breathing. As for the delivery, package was left on the wet ground, in an open area, on a rainy day,, barely under a small overhang, instead of against the door, or between storm door and door. It had no plastic packaging to keep it dry, and it was not sealed at all, so package was completely susceptible to being easily opened. The massage heads were not sealed, just in a thin mesh cloth bag. And the entire package could have been a bit more discreetly and securely packaged.

If you're looking for a deep tissue massager this is it. I love the different heads that come with it. My husband has sciatica and he grabbed it as soon as I opened the box. Ahhhhh was all he said. I like the long handle because I can reach my back myself. I think you will like this massager and the price is unbelievable for what you get. I will be taking it on vacation. Me and hubby will have to take turns using it. Lol

Worthless piece of junk. It actually hurts because it pounds WAY TOO hard...even on the lowest setting. I bought this and ended up going out of state to handle a death in the family and was gone 2 months. By the time I got home and tried this POS, it was too late to return it. WHAT A PATHETIC thing to do. Sometimes Amazon is worthless. All they care about is money.

I liked this massager, but it was too heavy for me. I have arthritis in my hands, which made it hard to hang onto. It was very powerful & worked well. The cord was plenty long enough. The speed settings were nice. I just thought the lowest settings should be lower. The extension were kind of odd. I had to put the silicone rubber on the hard plastic & that was very hard to do. I think they could have made the attachments better. However for the price not bad. It seemed to be good quality for the price range it’s in. Just not usable for me. So I returned it.

I am leaving five stars because I want everyone to know how excellent the customer services through Megawise. The product I ordered worked very very well, but part of it started acting up within. I don’t know a month and I contacted Megawise cause it was past the return time for Amazon and Ian ,was amazing. He helped me through everything that I needed to do I sent in a short video showing them what the product was doing and within a week I had a replacement and they made sure and checked in with me to make sure I did receive it and that it was working properly and that if anything at all goes wrong with it to contact them and let them know, and they will be sure to take care of it, so I highly recommend products from this company. Again, I want to thank everyone that helped with this for Megawise with a shout out to Ian who is a Brand manager. The product itself is a fantastic product. I have owned several of their that massagers and they are amazing. The white Megawise is particularly excellent for women. It is lightweight. It is not heavy. It reaches even into the center of your back and the power is excellent.

I’ve had many kinds of massagers over the years. The unit is very well-designed, ergonomically, and the motor is super strong, a thick power cable too. Customer support went above and beyond as there were a few accessory heads missing in the 1st box, but they sent me an entire new set in just a few days. Great price, solid performance, buy this one!

I use this once a week on my back and shoulders. Perfect for loosening tension.

Its great work as intended but the problem is that the vibration is too strong, feels like very high setting even on the lowest level. The plug is china so be prepared for it, i have to buy an adapter for it

J'aime les différentes pulsions et les vitesses. Plusieurs embouts pour plusieurs effets de massage. Le long manche me permet d'atteindre toutes les parties de mon dos. Un petit peu trop lourd et le fil électrique aurait pu être un peu plus long. Sinon, excellent rapport qualité/prix.

This is the best neck massager I've owned. It's so quiet, and doesn't make your hand itch like other powerful massager normally do. I couldn't believe how good it was for just $26.26! Two friends have bought it for themselves
