ELLO&ALLO LED Shower Panel Tower System, Hydroelectricity Display Rain Massage with Jets, Brushed Black

This is a beautiful looking device that functions as advertised. It was priced affordably and relatively easy to install. The shower arrived on time as promised. The features and functionalities are many but it took a while to master the controls but controlling the temperature and having all the different options such as rainfall, spray, etc. made taking a shower a wonderful thing. Showers are now a treat to look forward to. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I’m a shower snob. I’ll almost always pay more for a hotel just based on what I know about their shower heads. So, when we remodeled our master bath, I was on a mission to find the absolute perfect shower head. Found it! This system, with its multiple settings and very sleek look, is everything I wanted. We love the temperature control and watching the LED screen get up to temperature is just flat cool. The main setting we use is the overhead “rain” setting. I was quite nervous the first time I turned it on because I have to have the water pressure strong to really like it. I was ecstatic to feel the water beating down on my head! The “massage” part of the description is accurate. The waterfall setting is awesome as well. I’ve found combinations I really love. As an added bonus ( if you want to call it that) I’ve had to give my dog a bath after a muddy romp in the back yard. The handle and hose feature made that much much easier than the old bath tub method. I thought the blue LED lights were a bit overkill in the cool department until I found the best use for them. Was a long day, feeling like crap and wanted a hot shower. Bathroom Lights off and only the blue shower LEDs on. Most relaxing shower of my life. Just so no one thinks I work for the manufacturer, I will say that most will find that the handheld wand and middle jets feel cheap. They’re made of plastic and will remind you why this cost around $200 instead of $500. Function is just fine though. I’ve seen reviews say the LED lights work on a battery that can only be changed by taking the system off the wall. Um...no. There’s a turbine inside hooked to a tiny generator that uses water power to charge and light up the lights. Not exactly sure how that works but it sure is cool! It’s been about a month now that we’ve had it and I love this thing! If we ever sell this house, it’s coming with me! (Probably not, but I’d buy another one.) I suppose if something happens down the road I’ll update this review, but this shower snob is one happy dude! JANUARY 17, 2020 It's just over a year since we purchased this unit and it has sprung a leak. Water sprayed everywhere in our shower and down the wall behind where it was mounted. I get it, things happen. BUT after three attempts to reach the company and two discussions with Amazon, I've had no solution. The product says it has a two year warranty and I'm well within that. Emails have gone unreturned and the phone number for customer service is in China and not a working number. This was awesome while it lasted, but the pain in the butt this has been might just overshadow how much I liked this unit.

We bought ours in May 2021. Installed a month later. The backside of the shower system is leaking pretty badly and water pressure sucks coming out of the head unit. It was wonderful for the first two years. The only complaint I had was hard to see on the knobs which unit the water coming out of so we just end up twisting until we find the settings we want. The blue light is cool. Love the temperature window.

Bought this shower panel when remodeling my bathroom 3 years ago. Product was packaged well. Instructions need improving but I was able to install with no problem. Upper LED lights have never worked but I didn’t have the luxury of returning the product and waiting for a replacement. Still works well and overall a good product.

I love this shower system, beautiful design with powerful features m, easy to use. I contacted the seller after I experienced a leaking issue this year, the seller recommended to replace the generator and also provided a free part for me to try. It indeed fixed the problem, I can enjoy this lovely shower system again, thanks to the seller.

I purchased this shower head as an upgrade for my bathroom renovation because of its beautiful aesthetics, multiple settings, LED display, and sleek handle. While it initially seemed like a fantastic addition, my experience has been less than ideal. In the first year, the motor failed, causing the lights and LED panel to stop working, and I had to reorder the motor from the company. Later, I encountered low water pressure, which required a plumber to replace a part—thankfully, that resolved the issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there. The LED lights stopped working again, the little knob on the nozzle came off, and it even started leaking. I’ve been working with the company since the beginning of 2019, trying to exchange the product, but I haven’t had any luck. Given these ongoing issues and the lack of resolution, I’d strongly recommend saving your money and purchasing another product.

When I remodeled my bathroom, I didn't want just another ordinary shower head and hand held unit. I did my homework comparing all kinds of steam showers and massage units. Ultimately I decided to buy this Ello & Also unit that has all the same features as home spas that cost thousands of dollars. My contractor had no trouble installing it. The mixing valve does an excellent job of keeping the temperature constant. When switching between horizontal jets and overhead rain shower, there might be a momentary drop in temperature but it is only a degree or two not a startling blast of cold. The pressure from the horizontal jets is very good and adjust up & down and side to side so they easily massage my lumbar and thoracic regions. The horizontal shower feels good on my chest and cervical spine but the waterfall feature is my favorite for massaging my shoulders and neck. The rainfall is ample and the handheld gets whatever the other jets miss. I think it is a great value and the hydroelectric blue lighting is a nice touch especially for a dimly lit evening shower. Very relaxing. Not only am I enjoying it but a visiting cousin LOVED it so much that he ordered the same unit for his home.

A M A Z I N G.........this panel will not disappoint......the rain setting is really refreshing and powerful ....add the waterfall, and it’s a WOW factor!! The display reads in Fahrenheit (not Celsius)......has a timer for the amount of time you are in the shower, and the display is powered by water not batteries. The massage jets are an added bonus.....amazing how water pressure can make you feel so good! The blue led lights are a nice touch too......another bonus feature! There is one disadvantage......your water bill will go up because you don’t want to get out of the shower! I highly recommend this panel.

Excelente compra llego a tiempo solo un detalle si necesita una bomba de presión para q pueda servir correctamente por q sin esa bomba si sale el agua pero no con demasiada presión cómo se requiere
