Not very strong
Not very strong so would have returned them but had to pay for postage so gave them to charity.

Nice light weight bands
These are good bands of decent length and delivery was very fast. In order to increases the resistance for my warm up arm exercises I fold them into 3 rather than 2 (possible for my particular warm up exercises). They are quite light weight, so I find I can build up the tension nicely by doing this.

Very poor quality
Mine snapped on the first stretch. I took it to the physio as he recommended the make. He said they are made so cheap now he held his up and you could not see through it however, when I held mine up you could. It’s gone back, there was no point having something that is no longer fit for purpose
