I am not one to jump on any band-wagons, and I know what the naysayers argue and I see their points. But, as far as nutrition goes, we believe in Youngevity enough to give this to our toddler. It's a great flavor, and we mix ours with her morning milk to make a orange dream-sickle.

I've been giving this to my son for a few months now. Super easy way to supplement your kids diet with much needed nutrients. I mix one Tbsp with a splash of OJ and down the hatch.
