This wheel has an ABS plastic center that is flexible and could vibrate.
I inspected the grinding wheel prior to mounting it on the grinder machine. I found that the concentricity was out .010/.015 and the side-to-side movement (wobble) was out .020/.025. After putting the grinding disc on the grinding machine and turning it on, it vibrated so badly that the entire machine and stand started walking across the floor. I have a concern about the ABS (plastic core) I have been in plastics R&D for more than 50 years and would never recommend ABS for this application, it's flex modulus is too high because it actually a rubber-based material. I do not plan to use this wheel.

Balance needed
For the price it’s a great value. The caveat is that you may need to spend a lot of time balancing the wheel. I found several videos on how to do that and was shocked at how far out of balance it was. I finally got it balanced and it works well but be prepared to have a LOT of vibration out of the box. After balancing it works GREAT
