I use this for protein shakes. I like that it's a smaller 20oz. Most of the shakers are bigger and have a lot of wasted space inside. Keeps my shake cold so I don't have to chug it!

I like that it keeps things cooler than a regular protein bottle. The mixing part can be unscrewed pretty easily easily to be cleaned. The one note, the mixing part drips a lot when you take the lid off to finish the rest that can’t seem to get past it. And it comes to a rather sharp point that makes licking it hazardous.

I loved that I could select dif sizes. What blew me away was that, I made my ice coffee at 7am to rake to work, I drank all my coffee nice and cold through the morning. When I got home at six, the ice was still ice. This thing is amazing. I am going to buy formy friends at work cause this is incredible. It blows the highly expensive competition out of the water 20 times over. Incredible product.

Love it and stays cold for 24hrs

Let me start off by saying I love the ice shaker its a great product. The build quality is superb and its machine washable unlike alot of other shakers out there. But I will say this if you do intend to use this for protein shakes know that the agitator inside isnt the best for it. I use Ghost protein and its is not even the thickest protein shake around and it still gets really gunked up in the agitator when used. I also have used it for pre workout and g fuel and for those two things its a 5/5. So I would say if you want this for pre workout g fuel or any other lighter powder its a must if you are looking for something for protein might want to look else where.

I got this bottle about two weeks ago and I take it with me everywhere! I've been drinking out of plastic Blender Bottles and Yetis for years. This is the best of both worlds. The quality is fantastic. I love all the little details that the designer thought of from the folding carrying handle, to the rubber bottom, to the tapered nozzle, to the agitator that works great with my protein powder, to the overall sturdy construction. 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended.

I have had this shaker for little while now and don't think it is worth the premium price at all. The only good thing about this shaker is that the body looks nice, its sturdy feeling and holds temp for quite a while.The problem starts with cleaning. The top (picture included) has way too many small areas to clean effectively. I tried for a while with a kitchen sprayer but it makes quite a mess, soaking mostly worked but you're back to having to spray it to rinse. I ended up giving up and just putting it in the dishwasher.The mixer top does not break up smaller clumps well at all. The spades are pretty wide and don't force agitation enough. Since the clumps don't break real quick they get stuck in the little crevices on inside of the top. I ended up using an immersion blender to get mix in and that solved the problem, but basically I need a blender to mix this or I will get some pretty big chunks and I don't like to eat my protein drink.Lastly, the lid while watertight creates quite a mess. You can see from the picture that it traps liquid in the flip up cap. When you tip the bottle up the liquid trapped in the cap will drip on you. I have resorted to wiping it down with a paper towel to use it.Basically, if you're using it for anything other than water you will need (in order) an immersion blender, paper towel, and a dishwasher. The stock bottle from Huel works better than this.

Powder stays stuck in lid and rubber ring is popping out now.

Probably the best and my most favorite bottle, keeps my water cold all day long. Good job Gronk Bros
