I already use a figure of 8 lead for my two mastiff x staff girls, which has been a god send! They now walk perfectly and I had tried every halti/harness going, which is good as we walk 5 miles a day to burn off their excess energy. I bought this one because of the high vis aspect as we walk quite late at night not that my original leads needed replacing, when they arrived I was disappointed with the high vis element and don't feel its anything like the picture shown. However, this disappointment was outweighed by the high quality and thickness of the rope. This lead is by far better than the previous figure of eight lead I had bought and I feel like I have more control over the girls with this. My girls are 38kgs and 34kgs, so quite big, once the lead is around their heads it leaves me with about 60cm of lead, which is perfect for the length I need. I would give this 5 stars if it hadn't been for the hi viz element.

We have tried just about everything to stop our 18 month Dalmatian pulling when out for a walk. My wife works in a pet shop, and we have spend ££ buying Hilti, Cannie Collars, K9 harness, training leads and other so called anti-pull leads, all to no avail. We have tried so called figure of eight leads before, but these turned out to be just a twisted piece of rope. Both my wife & I have been pulled over by him, but the last straw came when my 30 year old son broke his wrist when he was pulled over also. We were desperate, so we contacted a Dalmatian breeder who recommended a lead similar to this. We just can’t believe it, from the first day it was like taking another dog out for a walk. Yes he still pulls, but he backs off as soon as the lead tightens around his nose. It is now a pleasure to take him out for a walk, and he now gets to go out more often as we are not worried about what may happen. Don’t bother looking elsewhere if your dog pulls on the lead, this is the solution!

Excellent customer service, I had a problem with the gee tac dog lead but one phone call sort the problem out as the seller was very helpful. I would say that this lead wouldn't be suitable for short muzzled dogs like my bulldog. I am definitely would buy from Gee Tac Ltd again

This is a good lead but there were no, structions on how to use it I had to find out for myself not successful the first time around

Good strong leads, have held back a star as emailed them as suggested to order the colours I wanted and recieved totally different colours.

This lead has made our walks much more enjoyable. We previously used a Halti head collar, but unfortunately our English Bull Terrier didn't like it very much and it didn't help a great deal with getting him to walk to heel. The figure of eight lead worked on our dog straight away. We also had an added bonus, our dog is quite nervous in built up areas because we live in the countryside, but now that we walk him with the figure of eight lead he is much happier and less stressed. This is a brilliant product and I would definitely advise everyone I know to try it.

This lead is good but 14mm is definitely chunky, a bit too much for our Sprocker

Looks like it's going to work and stop pulling - no instructions so had to fiddle about to get it on right , lead not very long.nice and soft
