This lamp is PERFECT sitting on the window sill to light up my grand daughter's keyboard. She loves it.

This size is perfect! The light is bright and easy to use! The color doesn’t look cheap!

Bright enough
It is acceptable. The light is bright enough, which was my main concern. The goose-neck has a slightly limited range and is not as flexible as I would have liked; it is stiff half way up from the base. A longer neck would be an improvement. The shortness of the neck reduces the pool of light it casts. The hood of the lamp is only about 8 inches from the surface of my desk and, as most of the light is cast downward, this shortness diminishes the lighted area. But it is good enough to illuminate most of my desk top. The $15.99 price was reasonable, the on-off button in conveniently placed and delivery was prompt. I am satisfied with this purchase.

I needed this. The one I had would not stay where I put it any longer.
Works ok right now but I don’t think the coil that hold the lamp part up is going to stay put very long. It doesn’t seem to be very strong.

Cheap Plastic & Dented
Made of cheap plastic with unsightly moulding dent on the top part in plain view. It's easy to tell it's plastic rather than metal. Not attractive. Also, the LED is blindingly bright--like LED headlights on new cars. Crazy bright, with no way to adjust brightness. And there's no way to replace the bulb, so I guess it's made to be a disposable lamp once it burns out. It's a return for me.

Doesn’t get hot
This lamp is great for the intention I bought it for. My daughter uses it under her bed as a night light. It doesn’t get hot and shines just bright enough. Good for the price too.
