Amazing
Amazing first thing I've ever installed it was super easy to put in and I love it

I wish I could give this zero stars
I don't understand what had happened from the time it shipped to the time it arrived at my house, if that was even when this issue had occurred and that it wasn't the seller sending a false product, but from the time it arrived to my door step to writing this review, this thing is just a piece of metal. It doesn't work at all. I've tried different sata cables, both the mother board and my power supply. Tried installing windows a few different ways since maybe there was an issue there. Tried checking different ways to see how a hard drive could be read since it wasn't showing up in BIOS, disk management, or through the command prompt. Moved things around in BIOS and even reset it multiple times. Tried a whole other motherboard. Tried it on a different person's rig. Literally nothing has worked.

Box seal cut, and drive packaging cut open!
First thing I noticed, .. seal on the product box was cut open. Then I opened the box, and found the plastic package the drive was in, had also been cut open. There was no notification that it had been opened by customs, so I assume (at best) I got a return, or perhaps a 2nd hand drive. Am using this for an old NAS, so will update after the drive is initiialised.

price gouging
As you can see, Wester Digital raises the price a week before thanksgiving / black friday etc. Customers should be aware and boycott as they see fit.
