Arrived reasonably packed in two plastic bags. Quality of cushion was good unfortunately wrong sized pillow sent and had to return. Seller has return policy of buyer paying for any returns. Contacted seller directly for refund inclusive of return payment as their error. Seller responded quickly apologising for the error and full refund received. Excellent customer service.

These cushion inners are good value for money. They're not terribly plump or hard, but that's how I like them. Seeing as they're not terribly plump, they fit pillow casings with the corresponding size just fine with a little room to spare. If you prefer nicely plump or very firm cushions then this is NOT your product. They arrived very swiftly. I made the order towards midnight on Tuesday evening and they arrived Thursday afternoon. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the fabric of the casing. It's that really cheap 'fabric' you find on those cheap pillows you can buy for your bedroom at 1 or 2 pounds. I was a little disappointed because of that, but seeing the price of this product it isn't surprising or unfair.

Comfortable cushions thick filling and quality. Fast delivery. Good value for money.

Very little filling in these. I through my old ones out while waiting for these to be delivered. Very disappointed my old ones were much better. Lesson learnt. I will not throw olds ones away again until I see what arrives.

Pas évident de trouver des coussins de cette taille pour la déco donc satisfaite de mon achat. Par contre, à ne pas utiliser comme oreiller: c'est beaucoup trop mou (à moins d'aimer dormir sur des oreillers qui s'écrasent complètement). Au niveau de l'emballage, les coussins étaient complètement compressés dans le carton, sans même une housse de protection. Heureusement qu'il n'avait pas plu sur le carton et que les coussins reprennent bien leur forme une fois hors du carton.

Très bon coussin, juste ce qu' il faut pour se câler. Merci à tous, bonne journée. bye bye. stop. M
