I like this medium resistance band as I'm using it for teaching Pilates and Yoga. The width is great as it can cover people's toes and ball of the foot easily. Seems nice and sturdy perfect for me.

Great product, I bought for my Pilates classes and everyone loves them.

I purchased these as a Pilates instructor for my clients. I chose the green (medium) as they can be used by my entire class as the resistance can be altered by changing the length at which they are held, ie a shorter length will provide more resistance, longer length less. Ideally I would have different colours but this was a good starting point. The fact that you can cut them yourself is ideal, I think mine are just over a metre long. They are easy to store once cut (I put mine individually in small plastic food bags), and easy to keep clean. I still have a good size roll left so any that should get damaged can be easily replaced which is much better value than buying them individually. My clients are always asking for them to be included in the session, and they are also great for stretching at the end of the class as well. I would definately recommend.

They are perfect where I use them in a nursing home.

Great product at a great price! I was slightly concerned as some reviewers commented on the band being very thin. It is thinner than other bands I have used in the past, but just as strong and resistant. Fast friendly customer service.

poor quality. i cut these into lengths for use in my classes, used maybe for 6 classes and rips and holes appearing in some. Previous bands from other manufacturers have last me a year or 2 with heavy use. Half of these bands have snapped. I have bands that are 4 years older than these and still going strong. Not good quality at all

Really impressed with the quality of this product. Used for staff seated exercise classes at a University to encourage more staff to stretch and take time away from their desks. Participants commented on how useful they were to keep at their desks and also that they are latex free. Brilliant customer service from Meglio. Highly recommend this product.

Like another Pilates teacher on here, I have experienced the bands snapping. In the first class 4 out of 11 people’s band snapped. On the odd occasion I’ve risked using them again, it’s happened to at least 2 people in each class This is really dangerous as well as embarrassing so I’m now no longer using them. I still have half a roll left. I would like to hear from the company to provide evidence of the number that have snapped so I can discuss a refund. I can only assume given many positive reviews that I have received a faulty roll.

In der REHA bin ich unter anderem auch mit Therabandübungen konfrontiert worden. Und die haben gut angeschlagen (Muskelbildung, mehr Power und Bewegungsaktivität), so dass ich mich nach der REHA bei Amazon umgeschaut habe und mir eine Rolle grünes „meglio latexfreies Widerstandsband Übungsband 5“ besorgt habe. Mit Hanteln, Theraband und Crosstrainer erspare ich mir den Besuch in einem Fitness-Center. Die nach einer Operation (radikale neck dissection) entfernten Schultermuskeln (über ein Kilo sind dem Skalpell zum Opfer gefallen) bauen sich schon wieder auf. Wenn ich mit den täglichen Theraband-Übungen so weitermache, dann wird der chirurgisch entfernte Muskel wieder so nachgewachsen sein, dass man optisch nicht mehr viel vom Verlust merken wird. Wie gesagt, verwende ich zurzeit das grüne Theraband, und wenn ich mehr Kraft aufwenden will, dann nehme ich das Band einfach doppelt – oder mehrfach. Und so gehe ich vor: Die Enden der Therabänder werden zweifach verknotet (mit einem Abstand von mindestens dreißig Zentimeter) oben über die geöffnete Tür gelegt, so dass die Knoten sich innerhalb des Raumes – also drinnen - befinden. Dann wird die Tür geschlossen. Die losen Bandenden zwei- dreimal um die Hand gewickelt-. Und los geht’s. Man zieht das Band langsam mit steigendem Kraftaufwand bis auf Hüfthöhe - und das vierzig- bis fünfzig Mal! Frau Primar die mich operiert hatte, meinte bei der Nachuntersuchung: Sie werden Probleme haben, jemals die Hand über Schulterhöhe zu heben. Irrtum; Frau Doktor: Dank der täglichen Übungen mit dem Theraband hebe ich sie jetzt - über den Scheitel! Übrigens: Ich verwende immer noch die Originalbänder. Keins ist gerissen oder beschädigt! Ein großes Dankeschön der Firma meglio für den Vertrieb und den zuständigen Leuten bei Amazon für den schnellen Versand!
