Q: Can these be used on infants?

It will degrade and fall off in several days.

Q: Any tips on making removal easier? These are almost not worth the hassle of getting them off…

It's like a steri-strip. Leave it on until the edges start to curl up. You can pull it off then, or soap it off like a band aid. If that doesn't work, try a little mineral or baby oil.
