This is a Great Product! It has helped my carpal tunnel a lot! I use it also on my shoulder and lower back. I have had 3 cortisone injections in my hand for carpal tunnel. They work for a few months then it comes back. I have laid this Red light therapy pad on the palms my hands and wrist's two times a day for 30 minutes at level 3 and it’s been 4 months with no carpal tunnel symptoms at all! I plan on buying more for gifts!

As an avid runner I'm always looking for items to help with recovery. I suffered a stress fracture in my fibia and purchased this to help with the healing. I used it pretty much daily from August through December. I only stopped because the cord stopped working properly. It seems to have a short in it as it will work fine in a certain position but that position changes and is very finicky. I never used it with a battery pack so can't speak to it's portability. When it worked it would heat up slightly which was nice to help with recovery. I did reach out to the seller about the issue to see if I could obtain a new cord, but have not heard back.

I just had open heart surgery and I’m using it on my chest incision and on my arm where they removed a radio artery to transplant. I’m told it will take about four weeks to start seeing improvement, but that’s OK. I’ve got time. Anything that can help these heal cosmetically I’m down for My doctor and research confirmed that this will work to speed the healing process. The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.
