This automatic feeder works really well. I haven't had any issues with it during the three months I've used it. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the accompanying app, but it turned out to be very useful for adjusting the amount of food dispensed and the feeding schedule. It's also nice to receive low-food notifications and warnings about potential device malfunctions, so you can be sure your cat gets fed. Of course, this means that the company is mining your data and probably sells it to third parties, but that's the world we live in.

Then I started getting device offline notices. It would lose its connection to the app and WiFi off and on even though the connection light on the feeder was solid like it’s supposed to be. If it was offline during one of my cats feeding times it would not feed. After a couple weeks of this it went offline for good and I can not reset it. The connection light stays lit up solid and will not blink allowing me to reconnect. I tried unbinding the device from the app to reset everything but now I can’t get a blinking connection light to reconnect. So it’s not even connected on my app anymore. It’s useless now. I have to press the button on the feeder to dispense food. Edit. I fixed it and changed my stats from 2 to 5. If this happens to you I will report what I did. I unplugged it and took the batteries out. Rebooted my phone. Deleted or unsynched my feeder from the app. Then restarted the connection process. You might not need to delete your feeder from the app because if you do that you have to reschedule everything. I think it didn’t work before when unplugging because it went to backup power. Make sure you take the batteries out and wait a few minutes. Also restart your phone since that only takes minutes

I have a few quibbles with the feeder, mostly that the portion size is still a little larger than is suitable for an elderly cat with digestion issues. The design of the feeding rotor could be modified to be smaller, and would be a real useful option for cat owners, but my real complaint is that the company will not ship parts or accessories to Hawaii. I contacted them asking about a second stainless bowl, and they were very helpful, except that they can't ship to Hawaii. Seriously? I get sellers not wanting to send stuff like batteries or chemicals, because of the hassle of dealing with postal regulations around those items, but a stainless steel bowl? This is 2024, and a company refusing to ship something to Hawaii screams, "WE'RE LAZY AND DON'T CARE!!" So 1 Star for lack of effort.

I really like this feeder. The cat, not too much at first. She still wanted me feed her. Haha. She eats from it now without me pretending to feed her. It is easy to use and set up a feeding schedule. I haven't set up the voice message yet. The most difficult part was the unpacking. The bowls and cords were inside the food storage bin. I couldn't figure out how to get it apart. It was on page 17 of the up manual. Once I got it washed and set up, it didn't work. Nothing turned on. After checking all the parts i became frustrated. In desperation I replaced the adapter with one of mine and it has worked fine ever since. So it had a bad adaptor. Beyond that I've had no problems. Easy to clean and use.

This feeder works great, it is very easy to program a schedule in the app. I like how you can set a custom sound to play just before it dispenses food. I do wish it could dispense a smaller amount though, so our cat would have to wait less time between meals. Still a great feeder though.

Love the personal recording feature! Does ounces or grams. Schedule option & feed on demand. Took a few days for my cat to catch on but now when she hears my voice recording and she’s in another room, she goes running! When you’re gone a couple days, much better than leaving an unlimited bowl of food for them to consume. only thing I didn’t care for was it needed to be plugged in for the Wi-Fi to work but it does have battery back up. I had to use an extension cord to keep it in my kitchen.

Funciona muy bien, la calidad del producto es buena, tiene buena construcción y es resistente, en cuanto al funcionamiento; me gustó demasiado que en este alimentador puedes medir la cantidad de comida que es una porción en tazas, onzas, ml, etc. Eso de muy útil para mantener el peso adecuado de mis gatos después de esterilizarlos. Programas un esquema de alimentación es también muy fácil Por cierto, es para uso en INTERIORES, no lo pongan a fuera como la INTELIGENTE PERSONA (GUIÑO GUIÑO) que lo calificó con 1 estrella, de verdad a veces los estadounidenses pueden ser muy brutos. En fin, buen producto

Justo hoy me llegó y la vrd si es muy bonito y aunque tardado es facil de programar, pero hay una cosa que no te dicen... Anuncian que tiene mucha tecnología que puede incluso monitorear la salud de tu gato pero olvidan aclarar que eso es pagando una suscripción que es casi el doble de cara que el propio comedero así que si te llamo la atención por todas las funciones que dice tener este comedero no es para ti, si en cambio si lo quieres para no preocuparte por qué tienes que salir y no podrás alimentarlo está perfecto o lo tedioso que es pesar la comida para evitar que suba de peso ahí si es una buena opción 😊👌
