This machine does a good job of making my hand conformable. I like the various modes and the force adjustment. It can be adjusted to meet my hand's needs. The battery capacity allows it to run many times. In my case, I run it three to six times a day. It can last a week for one charge. I did not use the vibration and heating functions. I use a common USB phone charger to charge it. It makes a sound when charging is complete. I like the quality of the product.

I do a lot of painting and DIY projects, and have developed carpal tunnel syndrome. My hands are always achy, and overworked. I bought a very basic hand massager last year and it was "OK" but I really needed more intensity, and options. I searched Amazon and looked at quite a number of hand massagers in all price ranges. THIS Costsoco massager was a great choice! It was a good price for all of the features offered. It is cordless, so I'm not limited to where I can use it. I can even use it as a passenger in a car or in a waiting room etc (not the I have... but I COULD!) It has multiple levels of intensity, settings, vibration and heat!! It comes with a one year warranty also. I have been using it daily since I got it, and I could not be happier. It really helps with the numbness and tingling associated with the CTS. I would highly recommend to anyone who overworks their hands, and need to get some relief.

The heat, compression, vibration, and massage patterns all work together beautifully to give your hands real relief, especially after a long day of typing or crafting. The way it cycles through different pressure points feels so relaxing at first.. I was genuinely surprised at how good it felt right from the start. My only complaint is the hard prongs inside. While they help target pressure points, they can feel a bit sharp and intense, especially for someone like me with rheumatoid arthritis. I’ve noticed that if I use it for too long, my hands actually feel a little more tender afterward. So I’ve started using it in shorter sessions, and that seems to help. That said, the mechanics are solid, it’s easy to use, and it feels like a quality product. Definitely worth it if you're looking for soothing hand therapy, just be mindful of sensitivity if you have joint or nerve issues.

I get frequent pain in my hands and fingers and often my husband would massage them for me. One day as I was using my back massager I thought “it would be amazing if there was a hand massager like this.” This showed up on my doorstep and wow, it makes everything better. I haven’t even used the heat setting yet- the pressure massaging itself is such a relief on my joints. It being wireless is an added bonus that I did not realize until I was going to charge it.

My wife is very small boned. I bought it for her because she has discomfort where she broke a wrist a couple of years ago. This doesn’t touch her wrist but even on low settings, is too firm on her fingers. I tried it on a low setting on the first two programs, which are supposed to massage fingers, hands, and wrists. It is very firm for the fingers but rarely touches the wrist. Anyone wanting a wrist massager should look elsewhere. I left seller feedback a few days ago and didn’t hear back, so don’t expect much customer service if you have any problems

My wife and I found that although this truly is better than nothing, and the vibrating and warming patterns felt quite nice on tired hands, this fell short of our expectations at most steps. We both were looking for something to relieve some hand fatigue. She is an interpreter of sign language, and I, a lowly tech guy. We both were feeling some pain in our hands from constant repeated stresses and were looking for something that could take the edge off, easily and quickly. And I will admit, this did help.... a little. However, I found the overall squeezing sensation rather off-putting. I think that again, it helps more than nothing, most of the time. I found myself not finding the sensation particularly pleasant. My wife had agreed. If it had more of a massage motion, it would be better. Pros: Warming vibration easy to use Cons: squeezing hand is not the best feeling. didn't feel that much better afterwards. Didn't really massage at all.

A great massager system. It has multiple pressure modes and also where on the hand or wrist you would like to work on. I like the vibration mode and the heat mode (I would have wanted it to be warmer). Battery life is good; I use it on both hands. Also, my grandkids can use it when they are here. (only needing to charge at night) My 6-foot son used it, and he said he liked it and was happy to be big enough for his long fingers. My husband has RA and always wants his fingers/hands squeezed. I figured I’d try this out for him and he uses it all the time. Some reviews complain about the pressure points leaving indentations but that doesn’t bother us AT ALL, if you’re hands are really sore the pressure is welcome and the indentations are just a side effect, no biggie. I was skeptical about this but it works a treat. I have sore hands due to years of working outside doing manual labour. The firm pressure on the intense setting is soothing. The heat function is nothing to write home about but on the whole it’s a 9 out of 10 from me.
