It has electrical issues.
The cable that had to connect the pad didn’t work. I ordered the same item twice hoping that only one or them had issues, but none of them worked. One of them didn’t work at all and the other one, I had to keep twisting the cable and hold it in a specific angle for it to stay on.

Excellent product. Red light therapy works very well to relieve muscle pain. It is easy to use, comfortable to place and the heat it generates is very pleasant. I have used it on the back and knee and it really helps to relax the area. Very good quality for the price. Totally recommended!”

I got this pad bcuz of my back problem I got after a car accident and it has been very helpful super light, I can adjust the heat level which makes it great is almost like the warm towel u get in the back when going to the chiropractor . It helps me a lot with my pain relief and the best of all I can put it around my neck and works super efficient. I mostly use it after shower at night and get to relax in bed it feels comfortable.
